Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and detail-oriented Site Accountant to manage on-site financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The role involves maintaining daily cash and bank books, recording site expenses, processing payments and reimbursements, verifying invoices, and preparing regular financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions

Maintain the daily cash book and bank book.
Record site expenses and supplier payments.
Process petty cash and staff reimbursements.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment.

Accounting & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.
Maintain ledger entries and site accounting records.
Reconcile cash and bank statements.
Coordinate with Head Office for financial reporting.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (BBS/BBA/B.Com).
1–2 years of accounting experience (construction or project site preferred).
Basic knowledge of VAT, TDS, and taxation rules.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar).
