Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Store Supervisor with experience in inventory management and store operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end store management, ensuring proper material flow, accurate inventory records, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and control of raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, and finished goods support materials
Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and ageing; ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records
Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions in Odoo
Maintain proper documentation: GRN, gate entries/passes, stock registers, and inventory reports
Track and control rejected, returned, scrap, slow-moving, and obsolete materials
Coordinate with procurement, production, QA/QC, FG, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow
Provide operational support to warehouse and FG operations as needed
Supervise material handling, loading/unloading, and ensure material safety and security

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or store supervision
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
Experience with inventory management software (preferably Odoo)
Good organizational, time management, and documentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple teams
