Responsibilities:

  • Developing engaging and relevant content such as posts, images, videos, and stories tailored to each social media platform.
  • Maintaining a consistent presence on social media channels by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or initiatives and achieve specific goals or objectives.
  • Ensuring that all social media content aligns with the organization's brand voice, guidelines, and values to maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, communications, and customer service to coordinate social media efforts and support overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Monitoring social media for any potential issues or negative feedback and responding promptly and appropriately to mitigate reputational risks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated passion for social media and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
