Softech Infosys is looking for a highly motivated Software Support Officers to join its amazing software support team. If you have a good knowledge and experience on handling .net based software queries and enthusiastic to provide solution for the government client, then this job is for you.

Requirements:

• Should have good experience on software deployments preferably on windows servers using IIS.
• Should have good experience on handling client support requests preferably from government clients.
• Familiarity with software and database development will be plus.
• Ability to work on team or individually with little guidance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali as well as English language.
