Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Boudha Stupa Thanka Centre located in Kathmandu. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. They will create and curate relevant content, manage social media accounts, monitor social media trends, and analyze campaign performance. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and marketing
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
