Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Officer to support our brand and marketing team in implementing strategies that enhance brand awareness, consistency, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, advertising, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns and promotions
Support day-to-day brand management activities and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and agencies for marketing collaterals and promotional materials
Track and report the performance of brand campaigns using metrics and analytics
Help organize events, photo shoots, and product launches
Maintain brand assets and documentation (logos, templates, guidelines, etc.)
Assist in content creation for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms
Monitor brand mentions and customer feedback online

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
