Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a smart, creative, and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to lead digital marketing efforts, manage online campaigns, and enhance the company’s online presence. The role combines content creation, social media management, SEO, and analytics to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Develop monthly content plans and execute promotional campaigns.
Handle paid campaigns using Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
Optimize website pages, blogs, and tour packages for SEO.
Prepare visuals, reels, posts, and other promotional materials.
Update website content and improve user experience.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns.
Manage email marketing, newsletters, and CRM activities.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other service providers.
Apply a creative mindset to understand traveler preferences and trends.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the travel/tourism sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
Good communication and content-creation skills.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and AI content tools.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
