Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Handler and Marketing Assistant to support our group companies based in Australia. The selected candidate will handle social media pages, create content, and assist in marketing tasks while coordinating with our team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions.
Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent branding.
Assist in marketing activities, including promotions, email campaigns, and basic reporting.
Coordinate with the Australia-based team for daily updates and requirements.
Conduct basic research on trends and competitor activities.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure content quality.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.
Skills in basic graphic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in social media/digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5-Day Work Week
