We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, grow brand awareness, engage with potential users (shippers, drivers, carriers), and support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (text, image, video).
Monitor trends, audience preferences, and analytics — adapt strategy accordingly to improve engagement and conversions.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews; manage community engagement and maintain a positive brand image.
Collaborate with other departments to align messaging, campaigns, and user-acquisition efforts.
Report on social media metrics and ROI; propose and execute improvements.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) managing social media channels for a brand or organization.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills; ability to produce creative text, images, or video ideas.
Understanding of social media best practices, SEO basics, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
Good coordination and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast pace, growing startup environment.
