Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our social media operations, especially in handling online queries of company products. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and able to engage professionally with customers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in monitoring brand mentions, tags, and community discussions.
Maintain a positive brand voice while handling questions, concerns, or feedback.
Support the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
Report common customer questions, issues, and trends to the team.
Help track engagement metrics such as comments, messages, and response times.
Coordinate with customer support and marketing teams to provide accurate information.
Assist in managing product launch communication on social channels.
Perform basic administrative tasks related to content organization and social media tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in customer service or social media support is an advantage.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office package such as excel, word, etc.

Ability to respond professionally and calmly under pressure.
