  • Supervise the workshop employees as per job demands & as assigned
  • Maintain close relation with the employees as well with the customers
  • Ensure the vehicles are made ready in time as per commited to the customers
  • Open the job card of the check-in vehicles
  • Diagonise the vehicles as per the technical problems & provide feedback to the customers
  • Maintain the record of the warranty as per claimed
