Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on hydropower construction experience for Bachelor’s degree holders
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders

Technical Skills:

Proficient in the use of modern surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, etc.)
Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying tools

Job Description

Perform accurate land and site surveys for hydropower and infrastructure projects
Interpret and analyze technical drawings, site plans, and construction layouts
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers for layout setting and level verification
Ensure all surveying work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements
Maintain proper records of surveyed data, submit reports, and assist in troubleshooting site-level issues
Supervise junior surveyors and guide them for field operations when needed
