Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at House of Interiors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising and managing interior construction projects, ensuring that work is executed with precision, meets quality standards, and is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage interior construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure project quality standards are met within defined timelines and budgets.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Lead and guide site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor material usage and site resources effectively.
Prepare and maintain progress reports, documentation, and project status updates.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Designing.
Preferred candidates with experience in Interior Construction or Building Construction.
Strong management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong relations with other agencies involved in the same project.

Note:

Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in a similar field.
Salary is negotiable for the deserving candidate based on their expreience and skills.
