As the Senior Retail Manager at Sonam Gears, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our retail division. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the overall excellence of our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for the retail department, setting clear objectives and ensuring their successful implementation.
Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximise profitability.
Collaborate with store managers to establish and maintain high operational standards, consistent with company policies and procedures.
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual store and overall retail performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Lead and inspire a team of store managers, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture.
Work closely with the Director of Retail and other stakeholders to contribute to the overall business strategy.
Drive customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities to optimise sales and minimise costs.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in a leadership position overseeing multiple locations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of retail operations, including sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful retail strategies.
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
