Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Assistant responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They identify customer needs, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and engage potential customers in-store.
Present, demonstrate, and sell Apple products and accessories.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Support inventory management and ensure proper product display.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium presentation of the outlet.
Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer records.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in any field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or face-to-face customer handling.
Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply.
Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics (Apple products preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
