Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Growth & Strategy Officer for our company is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence while ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role leads strategic initiatives to boost revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, and implement digital solutions that enhance service delivery. It also fosters a customer-centric culture across the organization to support long- term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior analysis to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, industry bodies, HNIs, and business partners to strengthen market positioning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously refine strategies for sustainable business success.
Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community involvement.
Create and drive a unified customer experience strategy focused on satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
Oversee end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent service across all touchpoints.
Use customer insights and analytics to personalize experiences and proactively address customer needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC updates, account handling, and regulatory compliance for all customers.
Manage social media and digital platforms for real-time customer engagement and support.
Design and deliver training programs via workshops, webinars, seminars, and consultations to educate clients and prospects on financial markets, investment strategies, and products.
Develop engaging, tailored training materials and presentations for various customer segments.
Lead and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
Align marketing activities across departments to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.
Analyze marketing campaign performance to improve reach, conversions, and customer retention.
Stay updated on digital trends and innovations to ensure a competitive edge.
Collaborate with IT to integrate CRM systems, AI chatbots, self-service portals, and automation tools for improved service delivery.
Enhance user experience across digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, and social channels.
Utilize customer data, predictive analytics, and AI for personalized and predictive support while ensuring cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across functions, fostering a customer-first and innovation-driven culture.
Promote collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning to align with evolving business and customer needs.
Present strategic insights, growth updates, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Reports to be present based on SOP.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Master’s in Business Administration / Master in Mass Communication.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in the relevant field.
Experience in market research, business analysis, and organizational growth initiatives is preferred.
