Job Description

Nepal Jutta Factory is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA degree and possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successful office management. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for office optimization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to office staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing professional development initiatives.
