We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions using advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about leveraging AI for actionable insights and scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the complete development of web applications, making sure that the front-end and back-end parts are integrated seamlessly.
• Work together with data scientists and AI developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into apps.
• Work together with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to comprehend requirements and provide software solutions that meet high standards.
• Interface with WatsonX to incorporate advanced AI services into applications, leveraging IBM Watson technologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and enforce best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficient execution.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Job Skills / Competencies :

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience, emphasizing proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
• Demonstrate expertise in popular JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node, Angular) to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Utilize Java and/or Python for server-side logic and database integration.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. would be an added advantage
• Understanding of cloud platforms like IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Solid understanding of Data Structure and Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Proficient in autonomously exploring emerging technologies and adept at embracing novel challenges.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with a proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (would be a plus)
• Maintain and fine-tune AI models to ensure optimum performance and accuracy (nice to have)
