FightBack is looking for a young, hardworking, energetic and dedicated Self Defense Trainer to become a member of our team. The candidate should have good knowledge and practice of martial arts. This position will facilitate the physical aspect of self-defense education to prevent and mitigate the risk of sexual violence. The candidate will be responsible for training girls and boys in developing physical safety skills to respond against the threat of sexual violence.
The candidate will first undergo a rigorous one-month Train the Trainer (ToT) program, after which they will be qualified and appointed as a physical trainer. The candidate will also travel to various districts to conduct training sessions in schools.
