Assistant Psychosocial Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Psychosocial Counselor to support children’s mental, emotional, and social well-being. The role involves working directly with children, their families, and educational institutions to provide guidance, emotional support, and psychosocial assistance.

The successful candidates will work closely with the children supported by the organization, liaising with their schools, colleges, and training centers. They will also communicate and work with the children's families, consistently contributing to the children's intellectual, physical, mental, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic psychosocial support and counseling to children
• Monitor emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being of children
• Work closely with schools, colleges, and training centers
• Communicate with families regarding children’s progress and challenges
• Assist in designing child support and intervention plans
• Maintain confidential case records and reports
• Participate in field visits and child welfare activities
• Support awareness and well-being programs for children
• Coordinate with internal team for case management
• Perform other related duties as assigned
