Job Description

Reports To: Recruitment & Selection Manager
Job type: Full time
Time: 6 days a week, (8:30- 17:30)
Salary: 25,000 NPR- 30,000 NPR
Duration: July 2015- December 2015 (Six months)

Responsibility

  • Overseeing the execution of the selection process, managing positive relationships with candidates from application to offer, including through high-impact written communications
  • Overseeing the implementation of an online application and tracking system
  • Working with our RSM staff & other stakeholder involvement in the selection process
  • Supporting the planning of & conducting interviews, assessment centers
  • Executing training and support of selection assistants and
  • Developing a strategy for quality assurance on selection decisions
  • Managing a selection and outcomes research agenda to inform future changes
  • Overseeing logistical and administrative arrangements for the selection process

You should apply if you are…

  • At least Undergraduate, Graduate in a related field
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Able to efficiently organize, priorities, plan, track and manage resources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working with databases and analyzing data
  • IT savvy, with some knowledge of web-based applications, email, Salesforce, Google drive in addition to standard desktop packages
  • Strives to continuously learn from and improve practice
  • Innovative and creative, seeks to collaborate and thinks outside the box
  • Ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of possibility and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • When challenged, works through obstacles purposefully and persistently
  • Tenacity and resilience in tracking and utilizing key relationships
  • Willing to learn and be flexible in this new role
