Job Description

We are currently seeking to fill a crucial vacancy for the position of HR/Admin Supervisor at a reputable security company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the HR department's daily operations, including the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Develop and maintain personnel records and ensure the accuracy and security of all HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the security services.
  • Candidates who have completed higher secondary education with at least 5 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience can apply.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Age: 30-50 years (applicants outside this age range will not be considered)
  • Two wheeler with a valid driving license is required.

Note: Candidates with a background in the Army, Police, or International Security are preferred.
