• Execute demand plans
• Ensure the execution of sales plans and programs including the achievement of sales targets
• Manage distributors/distributor sales force/ pre-sellers/company assets in the market
• Support promotion and event activities in the market
• Ensure timely payments/claims, etc. from the distributors
• Monitor and evaluate the sales activities through on going market visits
• Manage outlets in the market as defined and focus on in outlet execution on day to day work
