Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Promote and sell units at One Danfe Apartment to walk-in and referred clients.
Conduct site visits and clearly explain project features, layouts, pricing, and financing options.
Manage leads, maintain client follow-ups, and close bookings professionally.
Coordinate with the internal CRM and documentation teams to process deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Kathmandu property market.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of real estate sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and MS Office tools.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license – mandatory.
Local candidates familiar with Kathmandu will be prioritized.
