Roles and responsibilities of this job

New Business Age Limited, one of Nepal leading business media and marketing communication companies, invites applications from dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individuals for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

Book advertisement and schedule them as per client and agency release order and instructions
Coordinate with the sales team, clients and advertising agencies to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain and update customer and sales databases with accuracy in system.
Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
Prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Follow up with clients and agencies to secure desired level of advertisements and reciprocal service delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry, verification, and reporting.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree running (students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
