Roles and responsibilities of this job

VS Group is a diversified business group with interests in construction, real estate development, investments, technology, and mobility. Our companies include VS Infrastructures, Danfe Developers, Capital Tree, Khata, YETI Mobility, Sherpa Mobility, and associated businesses.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Group HR & Administration Executive to establish professional HR systems and support the growth of our businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employment documents.
Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance Department.
Assist in performance appraisal and probation review processes.
Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Act and company HR policies.

Administration

Manage office administration across the Group Office.
Coordinate office facilities, supplies, housekeeping, and general administration.
Coordinate company assets, ID cards, and employee records.
Maintain administrative registers and documentation.
Support company events, meetings, and internal communications.

Compliance & Coordination

Coordinate with legal consultants for employee documentation.
Maintain statutory HR records and compliance documentation.
Follow up on company licenses, renewals, and administrative deadlines.
Coordinate with different group companies for HR-related requirements.

Process Improvement

Develop and implement HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Standardize HR documentation across all group companies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.MBA, PGDM (HR), or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Experience managing recruitment, employee documentation, and HR operations independently.
Experience working in a multi-company, corporate, or group environment will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of the Nepal Labour Act and employment regulations.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with HRMS or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Experience coordinating training, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems.
Experience in office administration and company compliance coordination will be an added advantage.
