Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Officer to join Aircon Nepal. The ideal candidates should be passionate about sales and customer relationship management, with an interest in HVAC, refrigeration, and related products.

Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn, as well as candidates with relevant sales experience, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, property owners, and dealers.
Generate qualified sales leads by visiting new construction sites and identifying upcoming projects.
Gather information on project owners, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals for the company's HVAC products and services.
Negotiate and close sales while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
Coordinate with dealers and channel partners to manage orders and maintain strong business relationships.
Expand business within assigned territories and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with installation, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply; candidates with 1 year of experience in sales or a related field will be given preference.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and business concepts.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Good knowledge of the assigned local market and surrounding areas.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
Candidates must be local residents of the respective job location.
