Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B and B2C sales, develop client relationships, expand market networks, and promote architectural and building solution products across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Retailer/ Resellers Sales: Target retailers, resellers, prefab building contractors, and drywall false ceiling contractors to drive bulk orders of Gypsum Boards, Cement Boards, Insulation (Rockwool/Glasswool) materials, and PVC Panels.
B2C Project Sales: Pitch premium Textures, Lime Plasters, and Epoxy Coatings directly to architects, interior designers, builders, premium homeowners, and commercial building owners using physical swatch boards.
Territory & Franchise Expansion: Conduct market surveys to appoint local retailers, resellers, and franchisees across Kathmandu Valley and major cities of Nepal.
Operations & Collections: Use computer systems to maintain end-user databases, plan monthly visit schedules, and enforce strict payment/credit collection protocols to ensure clean client ledgers.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 25 years

Other Specification

Experience: Proven track record in the construction materials, interior fit-out, or project sales sector in Nepal.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for intensive project site visits and market travel.
Computer knowledge: Good (MS Excel, Emailing) to track leads and project data.
Market Insight: Strong geographic familiarity with construction trade networks inside Kathmandu and major regional cities (including eastern and far-western belts).

Location: Kathmandu (Head Office) + Regular field travel across Nepal
