Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establish the business strategy and services capability rapidly in Enterprise Business Unit.
2. Seek, create, identify, develop and formulate business opportunities.
3. Identify customer’s key requirements and co-ordinate with solution team.
4. Create account plans / business plans by identifying, qualifying and quantifying opportunities in existing customers. Control, review, maintain and execute those plans.
5. Build, create and maintain reliable customer / partner relationships.
6. Manage and co-ordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer / partners.
7. Participate in sales presentations and attend meetings with customer/partners.
8. Identify the market requirement, approach with the right product and solutions to potential consumer groups.
Basic Requirements:
1. Good Knowledge of Nepalese ICT market (enterprise business)
2. Good understanding of IT and IP products and solutions (Routers, Switches, Datacenter, Digital Power, DWDM/Transmission, Server and storage, Access network)
3. Solution oriented person with a strong target orientation and self-motivation
4. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
6. 15+ years of experience on related field.
