Good technical knowledge in RF wireless planning and optimization (GSM/GPRS/UMTS/WCDMA/CDMA/WiMAX)
Have strong knowledge in RF tools, understand the principle and protocol, theory of electromagnetic field, wireless propagation, antenna system, signaling, RF transmitting and receiving, etc.
Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Good spoken and written in English while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Mobile and flexible, willing to travel excessively withinNepalwhen required

Perform the site identification and evaluation and capable to carry out the site survey and site selection independently.
Perform continues coverage planning & high speed data services planning based on the different scenario & services.
Perform network optimization data analysis, conduct the network parameters consistent check & recommend parameters changing.
Define drive routes and prepare MapInfo maps before DT.
Review the daily system alarms and assist BSS/MW team to solve the problems.
Prepare daily performance report and identify worst performing cells, monitor the KPI and improve the KPI to ensure that they archive the target.
Perform the high speed data services optimization and improve the poor data service throughput
Capable to do the trouble shooting and perform the necessary analysis to solve customer complains.
Willing to share the technology or experience with RF team.
Carry out the nominal planning & detailed planning according to project requirement.
