Javra Software is seeking a Resource & Delivery Manager who is ready to make a long-term commitment to an excellent career in Nepal. You will work as part of our world class outsourcing team developing mobile and web software applications for international customers.

A Resource & Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the respective team leaders for productive output of the team. Additionally, s/he provides solutions to and supports technical design/systems, from requirements through implementation, working directly with users, developers, leaders and QA including the implementation of tools and process.

Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Performs technical and functional design of application systems, including database and application design, validation, module structure, disaster recovery, error handling, timing and scheduling, transaction documentation and system security.
• Analyzes requirements, technical design reviews, testing and more
• Monitors and supervises technical aspects
• Gathers and documents technology requirements for technical evaluation and solution design
• Develops and manages implementation schedules
• Collaborates with creative and technical teams, other groups
• Assists in development of plans and participate in User Acceptance Testing, deployment, and support for each project.
• Evaluates, manages, and improves system workflow to streamline project and future requirement
• Oversees the usage of Team and further engagement of team members
• Develops and supports the improvement in general work procedure, infrastructure and application system to maintain the standard quality of the services
• Evaluates the resource requirement, plans and gets involved in the hiring and placement; assigns and delegates authority within teams
• Develops appropriate plans and programs and encourages feedback from all team members for increasing team efficiency
• Performs performance evaluation of the team members as and when required
• Identifies the business development opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

You have the following experience and profile:

• Excellent communication in written and spoken English.
• Analytical ability with logical reasoning and problem solving skill. 
• Strong knowledge of Relational Database theory and SQL
• Written reusable, reliable and readable code
• Deployed enterprise-level applications currently in use in production (a demo during the interview would be a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of web services architectures: REST and SOAP
• Fluent in proposing and drawing enterprise-level, state-of-the-art software architectures and coming up with a well-rounded plan to plan, develop, deploy and support it
• Solid experience working with versioning systems: SVN, Git, or Mercurial
• More than 8 years of experience working in the IT industry
