• The PRA reports to the Project Coordinator and is responsible for assisting with administration, purchasing, liaise with stakeholders for promotion of activities, store keeping and public relations.
• The PRA must work within AHTCS's policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining day to day stock register administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support AHTCS's operations, including office management.
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
• Maintain purchase and maintenance by quotation as appropriate.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipments.
• Assist with preparation Reports.
• Respond client service and respond to their inquiries.
• Linkage with stake holders for equine welfare advocacy.
• Data entry and maintenance of records.
• Other work as assigned by Director and project coordinator.
