Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Freshers with strong management skills are welcome, though prior construction project experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate and supervise engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and site reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Manage resources efficiently and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
