Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are in need of a Project Manager to manage key client projects. The Project manager should be able to coordinate the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope; Monitor and track projects/issues; Communicate appropriately using suitable media with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Monitor projects/Sprints and identify any risk to deliver tasks and mitigate them.
Co-ordinate with team and ensure that issues occurred in delivering tasks are solved in time.
Communicate with clients about the status of the project in a regular period of time and inform the client on time if there is any delay in the project schedule.
Co-ordinate with team to ensure that product/service is usable by the end user.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Skill Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
3+ years’ experience on ICT project management.
Proficiency in Project management tools like MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Good interpersonal communication skills and establishing professional rapport.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
