  • Must have personal two- wheeled vehicle and driving license. 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field is preferred. 
  • Furthermore, at least two years of experience at the administrative level, priority will be given in the construction. 

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES  

Initiation and Planning 

  • Planning meetings 
  • Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet    changing needs and requirements. 
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information 
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. 

Monitoring and executions 

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects. 
  • Act on and monitor tasks from the project team 
  • Ensure each task owner understands their role and any expectations 
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections. 
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time 
  • Coordinate with procurement teams as required ensuring on time delivery of components and equipment. 
  • Coordinate and supervise service vendors and sub- vendors. 
  • Conduct quality control for work performed by independent vendors. 
  • Identify client issues to be resolved through site surveys 
  • Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements. 
  • Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences. 

Documenting and Reporting 

  • Providing detailed updates to managers or other stakeholders (Project Status Reports). 
  • Report and escalate to management as needed. 
  • Indicate the project’s health (on track, at risk, off track), include an overview of each project area, and summarize any major highlights, blockers, or unexpected risks. 
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files, project forms/sheets, memos, meeting minutes and emails) 
  • Proper documentation of the projects. 

Communicating 

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants  
  • Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events. 
  • Encourage communication of information between departments and with the client. 

Handover and evaluation 

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. 
  • Evaluate project and prepare closing report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance for the future.
