Job Description

Department:                Academic
Reports to: Academic:  Dean

  • Manages the implementation of all facets of operations needed for the delivery of Academic programs and curricula of the BIHM and BPH Courses
  • Ensure all academic operational goals are accomplished with the ultimate aim of delivering quality learning experiences for students.
  • Oversees and is accountable for class schedules, orientation programs, faculty teaching schedules, and operations impacting the student’s ability to access, receive, and complete education.
  • Monitors the BIHM & BPH program throughout the year to address and resolve curricular operational issues
  • Prepares/compiles end-of-semester reports on the implementation status of Academic operations with suggestions for overcoming problems and challenges.
  • Ensures timely communication and dissemination of changes to schedules to all concerned parties.
  • Plans and engaged in Academic programs and curriculum-related activities 
  • Reviews the weekly attendance report of each student and take action on variances
  • Review and prepare data and reports on student progress and when required provide support/counseling to both student and Parent / Guardian
  • Attend any relevant training programs as organized by GATE.
