Location: Birtamod, Jhapa, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM), Sunday to Friday

Reports to: Director of Operations

Position Overview:

The Quality Control (QC) Manager ensures that the company's products consistently meet high standards. Responsibilities include designing and executing quality tests, conducting inspections, documenting observations, and implementing necessary interventions. The QC Manager also oversees facility operations and fosters effective communication and organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Quality Management and Assurance:
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and correct quality issues.

Risk Analysis and Safety Protocols:

• Assess risks to product quality and safety.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure raw materials and components meet quality standards.

Reporting:

• Compile and analyze data from quality tests.
• Communicate findings to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Master’s degree in M.Tech or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in quality control, preferably in agriculture or food processing.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and safety protocols.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
