Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage the company’s sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth product distribution.
Ensure strong distribution network management and channel development.
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation for sales staff.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer products industry.
Proven experience in sales team leadership and distribution management.
Strong knowledge of market trends, retail channels, and sales planning.
