Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries through online messaging platforms. The role involves assisting customers with product information, orders, and service-related concerns while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, payments, or policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Work with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No prior experience required. Experience in customer service, call center, or online support is an advantage.
Good communication skills with a strong command of English.
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems, chat platforms, or helpdesk tools.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
May involve weekend or public holiday shifts depending on operational needs.
