Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and supporting long-term customer retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and ensure a premium first impression
Manage customer appointments, job cards, and service flow coordination
Explain service processes, timelines, and basic service details
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team for timely updates
Ensure follow-up calls post-service for feedback and satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and customer data accuracy
Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories when applicable
