Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production and Inventory Officer to oversee and track the complete jewellery production process for gold and diamond pieces while maintaining accurate inventory control. The role involves managing raw materials such as gold, diamonds, and stones, monitoring karigar/worker job work and productivity, and ensuring proper recording of material issuance and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Track jewellery production (Gold & Diamond) from start to finish
Manage inventory of raw materials (Gold, Diamond, Stones) and finished products
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Monitor karigar / worker job work and productivity
Record raw material issue & return accurately
Suggest improvements in production workflow
Work with ERP / Jewellery Management Software (e.g., JewelsCore, SJE Plus, J‑Jewellery)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, FMCG or related field
Knowledge of jewellery production processes (Casting, Filing, Polishing, Setting)
Experience in inventory management and ERP software
Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Strong communication skills in English, Nepali & Hindi.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with FMCG industry experience.
