Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline our daily operations while working closely with the Director on strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and outstanding service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Work closely with the Director on strategic planning and operational decision-making
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
Resolve administrative and operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner
Prepare and present periodic operational reports for management review

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (hospitality, facility, or service sector preferred)
Proven ability to manage teams and handle operational responsibilities

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Organizational and multitasking skills
Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
