Supervisor: Operations & Office Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing end-to-end tender and bidding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and execute tenders in accordance with company and industry standards.
Collect, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate and oversee all e-bidding activities, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Manage and verify Performance Bonds, ensuring timely submission and renewal as required.
Prepare, review, and maintain Bid Bonds in compliance with procurement requirements.
Facilitate and monitor Bank Guarantees, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and contract files.
Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, financial guidelines, and procurement regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders for smooth procurement operations.
Assist in negotiation of prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to the management team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within healthcare.
Proven experience in managing complex tender processes and contract negotiation.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and international standards.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong commitment to the mission and values.
Excellent command of English Language is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
