Sourcing and Export Documentation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sourcing and Export Documentation Manager to oversee supplier sourcing and manage all export-related documentation for garments and food products. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality sourcing, compliance with international trade regulations, and smooth shipment processes to support the company’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for food products, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation: Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, BL/AWB, LCs, and other regulatory documents
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and customs requirements
• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth shipment
• Track shipments, resolve export-related issues, and ensure timely delivery to foreign clients
• Maintain records of exports, supplier performance, and documentation for audits
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to align sourcing and export schedules
• Monitor international market trends for garments and food items and identify new sourcing opportunities
