We seek an experienced Principal Software Engineer proficient in C#, .Net, and Microsoft Suite with a focus on Azure. The Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading all existing software, resolving software issues, improving functionality, and ensuring software design, application, and maintenance meet our quality standards. The role involves mentoring, guiding, and training other engineers.

Special Focus: C# with Azure

· Proficiency in building solutions in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure.

· Deep understanding of building complex systems leveraging Azure capabilities.

· Familiarity with older technologies like Webform and Caliber MVVM

Responsibilities:

· Designing, coding, and debugging software.

· Improving the performance of existing software.

· Providing training to other engineers.

· Maintaining and upgrading existing software.

· Recommending new technologies to enhance productivity.

· Supervising and overseeing technical aspects of projects.

· Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments.

· Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects and brainstorm solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or related field.

· 8+ years of experience developing solutions using C#/.Net/Microsoft Suite.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Proven experience in high-level programming languages like Python and React.

· Proficiency in software development methodologies.

· Experience building complex web systems.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Fluent in English.
