Responsibilities
Job description

• Hands on coding, testing, reviewing and documenting in project/s.
• Lead the Team technically. Remain on top of team's work. Self understand the priority, follow up when needed, identify & remove impediments.
• Guide the team and help keep the team motivated. Maintain the environment of healthy conflict, respect & accountability. Keep the core focus on High performance and team happiness.
• Ensure that architecture and design covers various aspects like scalability, security, performance, design patterns, user experience and NFRs. Develop & review the Design documents.
• Accountable for the overall quality of project deliverables and the successful implementation of solutions.
• Work with the management to implement technological improvements of the team's work.
• Initiate & lead initiatives(architecture changes, design changes, framework changes, new technological explorations & other technological changes) at the ART / project level.
• Suggest & follow up on improvement opportunities with regards to product and process.
  

Must Have

• 10-12 years of deep technical experience with .Net Core, .Net Framework, AngularJS & Oracle Database.
• Hands on experience of Test Automation, Performance Testing, using tools such as Selenium & JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming System, Microservices architecture (MSA), Rest and Service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments.
• Good understanding of design patterns, Concurrent design and multithreading.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with Ember.js
• Business domain knowledge of US healthcare
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Certifications demonstrating knowledge of Architecture, Technology, Security and Agility
