Job Description

Personal Assistant have a say in how the office looks like, work in a fast-growing dynamic industry, contribute towards healthy economies and make a lasting positive impact to office.

Responsible for:

  • Responsible for maintaining diary and assisting in planning meetings and appointments;
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Organizing corporate and staff events, meetings and time management;
  • Attending to all day-to-day Secretarial Functions.
  • Mail Services and Shipping, fielding calls for MD, taking messages and accurate notes during field/site visit;
  • Communicating updates to clients and other employees;
  • Carrying out research for projects as per MD’s requirements.
  • Taking minutes at meetings and typing them and maintaining all electronic and paper records;
  •  Ability to communicate with all levels from labors to clients;
  • Ability to multi-task and experience of dealing with a demanding role and high-level workload.
  • Maintaining MD’s travel log and Personal files;
  • Reconciling monthly expenses;
  • Travel arrangements-Booking flights. hotels, etc.
  • Assisting MD with personal holiday/events;
  • Providing visiting card
  • Paying personal bills of MD
  • Purchasing personal items as per requirements of MD
