We are seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist to help drive new business opportunities by engaging with qualified prospects across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, nurturing relationships through consistent follow-ups, and ensuring prospects are booked for discovery calls with our team. You will leverage company-provided profiles, assets, and messaging frameworks while collaborating closely with our internal team to execute outreach campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email using company-provided profiles.
Run hyper-personalized email campaigns, tailoring samples and resources to individual prospects.
Engage and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with company offerings before booking calls.
Implement and maintain a structured follow-up system to maximize conversion and booked appointments.
Manage and track all outreach activities using CRM tools / Google Sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share relevant assets, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging to improve response and conversion rates.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting (social media/email).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize and adapt outreach effectively.
Comfortable using CRM systems and lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Odoo, Google Sheets, etc)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in following up with prospects.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working 100% remotely.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with video editing, content creation, or personal branding.
