• Maintaining & Improving performance and productivity-related KPIs as well as ensuring SLAs are met across Outbound
• Manage/Supervise the daily Outbound tasks, ensure everything is running smoothly, highlight blockers, if any proactively.
• Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the fulfillment center to meet and exceed Business Plan.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Team Leads accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Coordinate and work closely with the regional team on all the process improvement initiatives and productivity improvement projects along with new product requests.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared and followed across all daraz ventures pertaining to Outbound.
• Coordinate and work closely with commercial teams, S&P teams, to streamline the processes and ensure inflow is fairly accurate.
• Assess training needs of staff members and gap analysis of existing process. Develop training plans for skill enhancement
