Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Communication/Correspondence Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role will be to communicate with our clients via email on a daily or required basis, ensuring effective and timely correspondence to meet their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via email to understand their requirements and preferences for job placements.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide necessary information regarding available candidates, recruitment processes, and any other relevant queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and update client profiles as needed.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare job vacancy posts tailored to the requirements of our clients.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, follow-ups, and other recruitment-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in client communication or customer service roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in email communication and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
